IMF notes positive dynamic of Ukraine economic development.

Te International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn gave a positive mark to the Ukrainian government's effort to take this country out of crisis, stressing that Ukraine is showing positive dynamics of economic development. He made a statement to this effect during his meeting with Ukraine 's Deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Tihipko, who heads the Ukrainian delegation to the spring meeting of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank management. In his turn, Tihipko said further cooperation with the IMF would give a positive signal to international investors. In the vice premier's words, the government hopes that, after restoration of Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF, the influx of private investments in this country would largely increase, after having fallen 2.5 times last year.
