Guler Yatirim Holding to buy Credit Agricole Cheuvreux Turkey unit.

Guler Yatirim Holding, an investment group, informed in a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange that it agreed to buy a 54.7% stake in Credit Agricole Chevreuxs securities unit in Turkey, namely Credit Agricole Chevreux Menkul Degerler, for an undisclosed sum. Guler Yatirim Holding has interests in the energy, construction, finance and pharmaceuticals sectors.
