German business advises Macedonia to improve bureaucracy, legal system.

Macedonia dealt best with the economic crisis in 2009, but it still needs to resolve several major obstacles to foreign investors including inefficient state administration, inefficient legal system and corruption, the results of a survey among German investors in the country showed. The German business advised the government to focus on the countrys presentation abroad and to consider the signals that its decisions are sending to the foreign investors. A total of 47% of the respondents said they expect higher revenues in 2010 and 10% expect them to decrease. One-third said they increased their investment sin the county over the past year and 29% - that they have decreased. For 26% of the companies 2010 will result in higher investments and 62% said they will not invest more. According to 42%, employment will rise in 2010 and according to 15% it will decrease.
