Experts: Petroleum prices decline slower in Ukraine than in Europe.

The prices of petroleum products in Ukraine go down slower than the prices in Europe and the world, believes the group of analytical experts on the operation of the market of crude oil and petroleum products and development of the oil refining industry (GAE). The GAE says lower prices of petroleum products in Ukraine would be economically founded, as more than 60% of petrol and diesel fuel is imported from European petroleum refineries where the prices go down for more than a month. GAE expects retail prices of gasoline to fall by 60 kopecks per liter and retail prices of diesel fuel to fall by 30 kopecks per liter in late May-early June. According to the UPECO company, the average retail prices of the A-95 gasoline have fallen by 0.35% from UAH 11.31 to UAH 11.25 per liter since the beginning of May. The average price of diesel fuel fell by 1.55% from UAH 10.3 to UAH 10.13 per liter.
