EU's Progress Report on Turkey to be released on Nov 9.

The EU will release an annual progress report on Turkey on Nov 9. According to local media, the report will sharply criticise Turkey over freedom of press and it will underline shortcomings in freedom of religion. The report is also expected to welcome the amendments into the constitution but will say that Turkey should adopt a new civilian constitution.
