EE: Tele2 Estonia revenues down by 1% y/y in 2010.

Estonian branch of mobile operator Tele2 recorded revenues of EUR 99mn in 2010, which indicates decline by 1% y/y. In H2 revenues increase of 3% y/y was recorded. EBITDA stood at EUR 25mn in 2010, down by 9% y/y. Toomas Tiivel, head of the company said that the bottom has been hit in Q1, while growth returned in H2. Number of subscribers increased by 5% y/y and stood at 468,000 as of end-2010. The company estimates its market share of 34% in the Estonian market. Balance of number portability was positive, with 6,500 more people moving to Tele2 than exiting.
