Scandinavian fund BPT Baltic Opportunity Fund acquired building of Coca-Cola Plaza in central Tallinn from Finnkino, operator of movie theaters in Finland and the Baltic Countries. The leaseback transaction was the third item for the fund. Tarmo Karotam, fund manager, indicated that the company focuses on centrally located assets in the capitals of the Baltic States with strong anchor tenant. BPT Baltic Opportunity Fund currently owns Lincona office complex in Tallinn, and SKY shopping centre in Riga. Coca-Cola plaza is the largest cinema complex in Estonia. |
