German biotech company MediGene AG informed in a written statement that it signed an exclusive license and supply agreement with local Eczacibasi Groups EIP Eczacibasi Ilac Pazarlama for the supply and commercialization of its Veregen brand ointment in Turkey. MediGene has not provided any financial information regarding the agreement, but it informed that EIP Eczacibasi will be responsible of required approvals from the related local authorities. Eczacibasi Group currently operates 39 companies with a workforce of 10,100 employees and it posted a turnover of EUR 2.1bn last year. |
