EBRD launches EUR 400mn renewable energy loan in Turkey.

The EBRD announced that it has launched Mid-size Sustainable Energy Financing Facility in Turkey consisting of EUR 400mn loan. EUR 300mn will be disbursed in loans for up to 12 years to Turkish commercial banks either through senior loans or diversified payment rights securitization programs, and remaining EUR 100mn will be disbursed as direct risk participation in selected sub-projects of same banks, according to a statement from EBRD.
