PM Jadranka Kosor and her Slovenian counterpart Borut Pahor agreed on working for the settlement of unresolved issues regarding several unnamed chapters from the EU accession talks. The two countries will establish a joint commission to assist the process. Pahor said that Slovenia was not blocking Croatia s EU accession. The country has recently closed two more chapters the right of establishment and freedom of services, and social policy and employment. Thus, it closed a total of 17 chapters. The country could not open three chapters due to Slovenia s objections foreign, security and defence policy, environment, and fisheries.
