Belgium backs EU visa liberalization for Albania.

Belgium state institutions fully support the liberalization of visa regime between Albania and the EU, head of Belgium parliamentary upper house Armand De Decker announced in a meeting with speaker Jozefina Topalli in Brussels . Topalli expressed confidence that the visas will be lifted in July, which coincides with the start of Belgium s rotating presidency of the EU.
