The Albanian government has approved a loan agreement signed with German state development bank KfW that will finance a number of water supply and sewage projects in the Balkan country, ATA news agency reported. KfW has agreed to extend loans totalling EUR 14mn in addition to EUR 20.4mn worth of IPA grants, which will also be used to fund the projects in the towns of Berat, Kucova, Lushnja, Saranda, Fier and Kamza. The German bank will also administrate grants provided by the EU and the Swiss government. |
