Albania to boost cooperation with Israel, Kazakhstan.

Albanian foreign minister Ilir Meta discussed boosting co-operation with Israel and Kazakhstan at a meeting with his counterparts of the two countries, the foreign ministry said. The high-ranking officials met at the OSCE informal ministerial meeting in Kazakhstan. Israeli foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman said his country was interested in expanding investments in Albania and the western Balkans, and in improving the economic relations with Albania. The talks with Kazakstans foreign minister Kanat Saudbayev resulted in determining economy and FDI as the main aspects of co-operation. More specific goals will include tourism and the abolishment of double taxation.
