By bne IntelliNews February 21, 2011
The Albanian government decided to legalise the ownership of 3,626 unregistered, Albanian Daily News reported. The state property agency has already prepared the necessary documents. The process started back in March 2009, but was sped up recently following legislative amendments. Owners can pay the registration fees either in cash or through privatisation bonds, issued by the government in 1990s.
