The governments of Albania and Kosovo signed a bilateral agreement aimed at facilitating the free movement of citizens of the two countries. Authorities of the neighbouring countries agreed that the personal identity card will be the only document citizens will need to cross their respective borders. This accord has a permanent character, head of migration directorate Skender Muca said. He added that the security of the travel documents has made the reaching of such an agreement possible. |
