24mn tourist arrivals target expected to achieve in 2010.

Malaysia is confident of achieving the target of 24mn tourist arrivals this year. As reported by Asia Pulse, Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin tourism sector has maintained sustainable growth over the past 10 years. The number of tourist arrivals nearly tripled to 23.6mn and receipts more than quadrupled to MYR 53.4bn in 2009.
