The ZEW-Erste Group Bank Economic Sentiment Indicator for Poland (economic expectations) decreased by 15.2pts to 22.2pts, ZEW and Erste have reported. At the same time, assessments of current economic situation were down by 10.9pts to 34.1pts. Overall, the ZEW-Erste Group Bank Economic Sentiment Indicator for Central and Eastern Europe including Turkey declined by 10.6pts to 13.9pts in March. The weaker expectations for the economic development in Poland and Slovakia have mainly burdened the outlook for the CEE region in the current survey, the authors said. tom
