Vietnam to partially repay debt to Bulgaria in a month.

Finance minister Simeon Daynkov and Vietnamese permanent deputy PM Nguyen Sinh Hung signed an agreement to settle the liabilities of the government of Vietnam to Bulgaria, the finance ministry said on its website. The total debt of the Vietnamese government to Bulgaria amounts to USD 1.3mn. A total of USD 725,000 will be repaid in a month and the remaining amount will be considered as official aid to assist the development of Vietnam.
