Ukraine restructures its VTB debt.

The government has agreed with VTB Capital plc, a company affiliated with Russia's VTB Bank, to pay out 50% of USD 1bn of its debt on June 6, 2012 and the remaining 50% or USD 1bn on June 4, 2014, reads a statement made by the FinMin. According to the Ministry's statement, the parties also discussed plans of realization of joint projects in future. The FinMin has attracted USD 2bn credit form Russian Bank VTB on June 3, 2010 under 6.7% annual. Consequently, rights to claim for this credit were transferred to 'sC VTB Capital.
