Ukraine has promised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to carry out conventional policy in grain sector, reads a declaration signed by the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry, the EBRD, the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Ukrainian Grain Association, and the Agrarian Markets Development Institute. The Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry also promises to engage market players and their associations in drafting regulatory documents that have influence on the players of the grain sector. In its turn, the EBRD plans to continue its technical assistance, including through consultations with representatives of the government, and is ready to perform as a mediator in the dialogue between the private and the public sectors. |
