Ukraine offers Kazakhstan to jointly build grain terminal.

Ukraine offered Kazakhstan to jointly build a grain terminal on the Black Sea. The new facility would be built on parity basis. The areas to choose from include Crimea, Odessa and the Nikolayev region where are deep-water Ukrainian ports. To remind you, last year, agriculture minister Akylbek Kurishbayev said that Kazakhstan needs to purchase a grain terminal on the Black Sea. After this statement, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine made their offers.
