UK Adriatic Oil eyes exploration of Albanian offshore oil field.

UK oil and gas exploration company Adriatic Oil has submitted to the ministry of economy an application for an exploration licence on the Adriatiku-4 Block offshore field, the company said in a statement. The company plans to apply for two more exploration licences soon. Adriatic Oil has also entered into a collaboration agreement with another UK company, Pelagian Oil, for the exploration of the Adriatic offshore gas field of North Rodoni, Durres.
