Serbia's president Boris Tadic said both Serbia and Croatia should drop the genocide lawsuits they have filed against each other at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague . We recall that Croatia filed a suit against Serbia in 1999, accusing it of genocide during the 1991-95 Balkan war, which killed thousands of people.
