Switzerland-based energy trading company EGL and local Demiroren Group inform in a joint statement that former companies EGL Turkey (EGL Groups local subsidiary holding an electricity trading license) and Milangaz LNG Wholesale (Demiroren Groups subsidiary holding a natural gas trading license) were renamed as Demiroren EGL Energy, and Demiroren EGL Gaz after an exchange of shares in equal parts. Following the transaction, Demiroren EGL Enerji now benefits from EGL Turkeys electricity trading license while Demiroren EGL Gaz benefits from Milangazs natural gas trading license. |
