South Africa's PPI accelerates to 3.5% in February up from 2.7% in January

South Africa's PPI accelerated to 3.5% in February, up from 2.7% in Januaryaccording to information released by Statistics South Africa. Prices rose 0.4%m/m. Bloomberg reported that inflation is expected to pick up next year as thebusiness cycle gathers momentum and trades out of the recession. Producer costsare expected to continue to increase.
