South Africa’s power utility may be able to take USD 1bn in credit from WB

South Africaspower utility Eskom may be able to take USD 1bn in credit from the WB CleanTechnology Fund to fund renewable energy projects, Lungisa Fuzile, head ofasset and liability at Treasury said. He said the option was being seriouslyconsidered and the credit line would be opened before year-end.
