Slovenias Sava Re boosts stake in Macedonian non-life insurance subsidiary.

Slovenia's reinsurance company Sava Re announced that it has raised its stake in its Macedonian non-life insurance subsidiary Sava Tabak through a capital increase. The capital hike consisted of 5,000 new shares, worth MKD 153.8mn (EUR 2.5mn), and was bought entirely by Sava Re. As a result, Sava Re's stake in Sava Tabak increased from 66.7% to 81.83%.
