Slovenian bakery producer Don Don and Serbia's ailing flour and bakery maker Zitoprodukt have signed a cooperation agreement under which Don Don will lease part of Zitoprodukt's production facilities, Beta news agency reported. Don Don plans to invest between EUR 500,000 and EUR 600,000 in new equipment and technologies as well as EUR 1.5mn in raw material and working capital. The lease agreement is expected to help Zitoprodukt avoid the sale of its assets by creditor banks.
