Serbian Pink Media Group (PMG) has acquired Macedonian TV station K-15, Dnevnik daily reported. PMG is owned by Zeljko Mitrovic. K-15 will be renamed Pink 15. Mitrovic plans to invest EUR 5-8mn in the acquired TV station over the first 18 months for the creation of new Macedonian language programmes, which may be offered in the region subsequently. PMG is a major private broadcast media and entertainment group. It has operations in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As recalled, earlier this month PMG dropped the acquisition of another Macedonian TV station: Alfa TV. Mitrovic comments that before buying K-15, they had talked with four other Macedonian TV stations.
