S&P coffirms Alfa Bank Ukraine long-term ratings at B-.

The Standard&Poor's has affirmed the short-term credit rating of Alfa-Bank Ukraine at the level C, long-term at the level B- and national-scale rating at uaBBB-, the press service of the company reported. According to the report, S&P has revised a total of 13 banks in four countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States - Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, and one bank in Georgia in view of application of renewed methodology of ratings assignation. Earlier, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service changed the outlook on 13 Ukrainian banks by the rating of deposits in foreign currency from Stable to Negative.
