Russia raises oil transportation tariff by 8.8% y/y for Kazakhstan.

Russia raised oil transportation tariff by 8.8% for Kazakhstan from Jan 1, the Federal Tariff Service has informed. The increase is in line with inflation. Tariffs for Russian producers remained at the same level. To remind you, Kazakhstan sends oil via Russian trunk pipeline system through Atyrau-Samara pipeline. Last year, around 17.5mn tones were supplied via that route.
