Russia and Kazakhstan plan to sign agreement on energy resources deliveries in March, according to a source quoted by Reuters. The information was not commented in energy ministries of both countries. According to the source, the parties agreed that Russia will export 7mn oil and 1.682mn tons of oil products exempted from duty in 2012. However, the issues related to duties on Kazakh oil products exports remain unknown.
