Polish PNiG Krakow to drill exploration well in Kazakhstan.

Polish gas company PNiG Krakow signed a contract to drill an exploration well for the North Caspian Oil Development in Kazakhstan. The company, which is owned by Polish gas major PGNiG said that it would rill the 7,000 m deep Tasym Jugo-Wostocznyj-1 well in the region of Atyrau. The works will be carried on in April. PNiG Krakow has been operating in Kazakhstan for 12 years. Currently, the company has 5 drilling rigs contracted by international operators in Kazakhstan.
