PM: Ukraine may place eurobonds over next few weeks.

Ukraine may enter foreign loans market over next few weeks, PM Mykola Azarov has said. The Premier specified that it would be a long-term loan. It is reported that Ukraine has chosen VTB Capital, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley as organizers of an eurobonds issue. Deputy FinMin Andriy Kravets said earlier that Ukraine might start placement of eurobonds in the middle of June, 2010. According to him, placement of securities is advisable in the U.S. dollars with a yield of below 8% for 10 years. Last time, Ukraine placed eurobonds in autumn 2007: 10 year eurobonds at USD 700mn were placed at 6.75% annual.
