PM: Kazakhstan to satisfy own petroleum demand in 2015.

Kazakhstan will be able to fully satisfy its own petroleum products demand in 2015, Kazakh PM Karim Masimov has stated. The PM explained that the country would not build new refinery but will modernize the existing facilities in Atyrau and Pavlodar. The cost of reconstruction will amount to USD 3bn while construction of a new facility was estimated at USD 6bn, Masimov added.
