PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey would not take any steps toward creating buffer zones inside Syria without a UN resolution. Erdogan added that buffer zones cannot be created unless no-fly zones are declared. Turkey is dealing with an influx of Syrian refugees. Currently there are around 80,000 Syrian refugees living in several camps inside Turkey. Meanwhile Syrias deputy foreign minister Faisal Muqdad accused Turkey of training what he calls terrorists.
