Norwegian luxury boats and yachts manufacturer Hydro-Design plans to open a production plant in Serbia's Novi Sad in September, news service Vesti-online informed, quoting a report of news agency Beta. The Norwegian investor has bought a production hall in the Rimski Sancevi neighbourhood of Serbia's second largest city of Novi Sad, which hosts an industrial zone. Novi Sad mayor Igor Pavlicic said that the manufacturing of motor boats and spare parts, which will be carried out in cooperation with local firms, will be 100% designed for exports. The city offers favourable business conditions to investors who decide to locate there their production, especially if it is export-oriented, Pavlicic said. |
