Moody's downgrades Ukraine's government bond rating to B3, outlook negative

State financial support of SMEs will continue at least until 2014, announced Chairman of the State Service for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development Mykhailo Brodsky. According to him in 2012, UAH 15mn was allocated from the state budget for this purpose, out of these, UAH 6mn came from the State Service for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development. The representatives of small and medium business now can receive a credit amounting up to UAH 250,000 Brodsky said.
