Montenegro's Vektra enters bankruptcy.

Montenegro's commercial court has declared bankrupt diversified corporation Vektra Montenegro, Mina business agency reported. Veselin Raicevic has been appointed bankruptcy administrator. The first meeting of Vektra's creditors will take place on April 27. The launch of bankruptcy procedure was at the request of OTP Bank and its Montenegrin unit Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka due to an overdue debt of EUR 20.9mn. Podgorica-based Vektra is active in tourism, timber production, logistics services, civil aviation and investment. It is owned by Montenegrin businessman Dragan Brkovic.
