Montenegro's Daido Metal doubles share capital in debt-to-equity swap.

Montenegro's Daido Metal Kotor AD raised its share capital to EUR 10,254,945 in a debt-to-equity swap, according to a note posted on the website of Montenegro stock exchange. The company issued 5,203,745 new shares, nominal value EUR 1. Daido Metal Kotor is controlled by Japanese Daido Metal Co., Ltd. Nagoya (99,05%) and is engaged in manufacture and sale of bearings for motor vehicles.
