Max Petroleum finds no oil in Kazakhstan.

Max Petroelum found no oil at well on the Dossor North-West prospect, the company has informed. The DOSNW-1 exploration well reached a total depth of 1,334 meters. The company plans to move the rig to drill the Besbolek North-East exploration prospect in Block E. This prospect is believed to hold 10mn barrels. As a result of the announcement, the companys shares plunged by 8%. Max Petroleum is a small oil producer focused on Kazakhstan.
