Macedonias transport ministry puts up for sale two land plots in Skopje.

Macedonias transport ministry announced that it is offering for sale two state-owned construction land plots in Skopje. The plots will be sold through electronic public bidding. One of the plots is located in Centar Municipality and has an area of 7,528 sqm. It is intended for a building of the local self-government, with compatible uses including commercial, business, restaurant, and culture activities. The winning bidder will be required to construct the local self-government building at its own expense and then transfer it without compensation to Centar Municipality. The registration deadline for participation in the electronic public bidding is June 6. The other land plot has an area of 4,269 sqm and is located in Aerodrom Municipality. The land plot is intended for building commercial and business facilities. The winning bidder will conclude a contract with the municipality concerning the construction of an administrative building for the needs of the local self-government. The registration deadline for participation in the electronic public bidding is June 7.
