The plot will be sold through an electronic auction. The land is intended to be used for residential construction. The municipality has already adopted the urban plan for the plot. The starting price is set at MKD 120 (EUR 2) per sqm. The TV station reports unofficial information that there is interest from companies from Israel, Slovenia, Turkey, Australia and the US. We remind that last year, Israeli real estate company Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC) has exited a project (then named Sun City) to build a EUR 100mn residential complex in Sopiste.
