LV: Prisma Latvia to invest LVL 4.9mn into new stores.

Finnish retailer Prisma Latvian subsidiary Prisma Latvia announced plans to invest LVL 4.9mn (EUR 7.0mn) into two new stores in 2012, Henrik Harkonen, director of Prisma Latvia announced. One hypermarket will be opened in Riga, while the second ones location remains undisclosed. The company expects to increase its market share and number of customers with the opening of new stores. In 2010 Prisma Latvia revenues stood at LVL 13.6mn, which indicates 10% y/y increase. The company recorded net loss of LVL 3.4mn, which indicates 24% y/y decline.
