LV: Latvia not ready for second wave of crisis-CB.

As argued by the head of the Bank of Latvia Ilmars Rimsevics, countrys economy is not ready for the possible second wave of global economic and financial crisis. He noted that on the background of gloomy and pessimistic global economic outlooks, Latvias officials claim that this time the economy is better prepared for external crises. Rimsevics disagrees, adding that only in the conditions of balanced budget or budget deficit would such claims be reasonable.
