LV: AirBaltic passenger handling up by 16% y/y in Jan-Apr.

In Jan-Apr period airBaltic carried total of 0.8mn people, which indicates 16% y/y increase. In April number of passengers stood at 0.2mn, which is 3% y/y decline. During April the company operated 4,044 flights, which is 10% increase y/y. In Jan-Apr period the company operated 15,775 flights. The company's load factor stood at 63% in April, down by 2pp y/y. While in Jan-Apr period the company's load factor stood at 62%, which is flat in y/y terms.
