LT: Sanitas sells part of HBM Pharma to Latvian company.

Lithuanian generic pharmaceuticals company Sanitas announced that it would sell part of the HBM Pharma company in Slovakia to Latvian company Liplats 2000. The company is selling only manufacturing part of the company, while other departments will be retained by Sanitas. The deal's value is yet to be determined and will be disclosed upon the closure of the transaction according to the financial position of target company. Liplats 2000 main shareholders are shareholders of Latvian generic pharmaceuticals company Grindeks. The deal is expected to be closed in the two months period.
