LT: Investment group Scaent Baltic revenues up by 48% y/y in Q1.

Scaent Baltic investment group recorded revenues of LTL 150.2mn (EUR 43.5mn) in Q1, which indicates increase of 48% y/y. Jonas Garbaravicius, chairman of the company, said that despite of financial crisis, the company continues to invest and develop its projects. In 2009 the company invested around LTL 40mn, while in 2010 the company plans most of the investment to be done in the foreign markets. Currently, the company operates more than 25 companies in Lithuania , operating in energy, real estate, financial services, publishing, advertising, and manufacturing sectors.
