LT: Butkevicius becomes PM of Lithuania.

Algirdas Butkevicius, leader of the Lithuanian Social Democrats party, has been officialy appointed as the prime minister of Lithuania. Parliament vote had 90 MPs voting for, and 40 voting against, with 4 abstaining. Butkevicius indicated that currently Lithuania is being separated with elite and ordinary people going different directions. The new government is formed out of 4 parties with Lietuvos Social Democrats Party with 37 MPs, Labour party with 29 seats, party Order & Justice with 10 seats, and Lithuanian Polish party which got 8 seats. PM has 15 days to form a government, and get approve all minister seats with the President.
