Low-cost airline easyJet mulls flights to new Bulgarian airports.

UK low-cost airline easyJet is considering launching flights from other airports in the country besides those from the airport in the capital city of Sofia, Dnevnik Daily reports. easyJet is operating flights from Sofia to London and Manchester after cancelling Sofia-Madrid and Sofia-Milan flights a few months ago due to weak demand. According to data of the Sofia airport, easyJet has 7% market share in terms of transported passengers as compared to 26% for its competitor Hungarian discount airline WizzAir. The company entered the Bulgarian market in late 2007.
